Steps to Receive Gran Chips with a Campaign Code

Download the virtual travel app ANA GranWhale (AGW)
Step2

Create an account and check your GranWhale ID

After downloading, enter your “User Name,” set your “Residential Region” (optional), and generate your World Traveler (avatar) to create your account.
After account creation, check your GranWhale ID. Here's how to find it.
Step3

Apply using the campaign code submission form

Review the application terms & conditions, then submit the form below with your “campaign code,” “GranWhale ID,” and “Email Address.”
Application Deadline: May 13, 2024 (Monday) 23:59 (JST)
Step4

Receive 2,000 Gran Chips in the AGW app

On the evening of May 14 (Tuesday), check your in-app mailbox to receive your Gran Chips. Log in to the app and check the mailbox.

About Applying with a Campaign Code

Downloading the virtual travel app ANA GranWhale and registering for membership are required to apply for the campaign (basic free-to-play).
Applications are limited to one entry per person.
An email address and ANA GranWhale’s GranWhale ID are required when applying.
Please note that we will not be able to distribute the item if you do not provide your GranWhale ID or if the ID provided is incorrect.

Gran Chips will be distributed in the in-app mailbox around the evening of May 14th (Tuesday).
